NJ WARREN — Warren zoning board approves Lion's Den Realty variance, defers Dainty Den case. The Zoning Board of Adjustment unanimously approved a preliminary and final site plan and variance for Lion's Den Realty, LLC at 5 Powder Horn Drive (BA 25-25-09) with six voting members—Michael Galbraith, Frank Rica, Mark Volante, Foster Cooper, Lenny Calvo, and Kevin Mulkins—all in favor. The board also unanimously approved a John Villani resolution.
A use variance application for Dainty Den, LLC at 20 Mount Bethel Road was deferred to July 6, 2026 due to inadequate public notice.
