Board of Adjustment approves Westfield Hall minor subdivision with variances
Board of Adjustment · Meeting of May 4, 2026
NJ WARREN — Board of Adjustment unanimously approves Westfield Hall subdivision and variance; allows Rapid Relief expansion. The Zoning Board approved the Church of the Plymouth Brethren subsidiary's application to subdivide property with adjacent Stonecrest Community Church, reconfiguring lot lines to allow expansion from 12.6 acres to 19.4 acres. The subdivision reduced Stonecrest's lot from 11.1 acres to 4.38 acres, triggering variances for undersized lot (below five-acre minimum for conditional use) and impervious coverage (64 percent vs. 50 percent maximum).
The board also unanimously approved two additional applications: preliminary and final site plan with variance for Lion's Den Realty at 5 Powder Horn Drive, and a new home on an undersize lot for Myrtlewood, LLC at 54 King George Road.
