Warren Board of Adjustment approves event space in shopping center

NJ WARREN — Warren Zoning Board of Adjustment unanimously approved three applications at its July 6 meeting. The board voted 9-0 to grant a use variance to Sherri Fishman for Dainty Den, LLC, an event space at 20 Mount Bethel Road in the former King's shopping center offering children's birthday parties and activities such as spa services and hair decorating, operating 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily with a 20 to 30-person capacity and immediate opening via Temporary Certificate of Occupancy. The board also approved a minor subdivision for Westfield Hall, Inc., and voted 9-0 to permit Interventional Pain Management and Ortho-Spine Medical Center to replace a monument sign with an internally illuminated LED sign at 266 King George Road.
