NJ WARREN — Warren Board of Health elects officers, approves Federal Reserve variance. The board unanimously elected Malcolm Plager as President, Angela Valerio as Vice-President, and Gregory Riley as Secretary-Treasurer at its January 14 reorganization meeting. The board also granted a variance to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York for its 400,000-square-foot Cash Services Center at 15 Mountainview Road, allowing indoor trash and recycling storage to address security concerns.
Health Officer Kevin Sumner reported vaccine compliance among school-aged children at mid-90 percent, with flu elevated but tapering. Warren's 2026 contribution to the Middle-Brook Regional Health Commission is $170,542.
