Warren Committee approves Dealaman Nature Trail improvements on first reading

NJ WARREN — Warren Township Committee approves Dealaman Nature Trail improvements with state grant support. The Township Committee unanimously approved a $1,140,160 ordinance on first reading for Dealaman Nature Trail and Pond improvements, supported by a $570,080 state stewardship grant from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection. The committee also unanimously adopted filming regulations and fire prevention amendments, certified the 2025 annual audit, and approved $8,769,245.74 in bill payments including $4.5 million to the Warren Township Board of Education.

Additional unanimous approvals included a $100,000 settlement for former police officer Paula Ocampo Hurtado and authorization to purchase 25 patrol rifles for $71,611 from Atlantic Tactical.
