NJ WARREN — Warren Planning Board completes 2026 reorganization with unanimous officer elections. The board elected John Lindner as chairperson, Mr. Lippitt as vice-chairperson, Mr.
DiBianca as board secretary, and Lindner again as board comptroller and escrow certifier, with each position receiving unanimous approval. The board approved resolutions to reappoint staff and award professional services to board attorney Steve Warner, Esq., and voted 7-0-2 to grant a final major subdivision extension to 144 Liberty Corner Real Estate, LLC for Block 11, Lot 6.02, with Mayor Fine and Committee Member Kian abstaining. The board also reappointed four members and introduced three high school junior members.
