NJ WARREN — Warren Zoning Board reorganizes with Foster Cooper as new chairman. The Township Zoning Board of Adjustment elected Cooper and Michael Galbraith as vice chairman at its January 12 reorganization meeting. The board also unanimously appointed Christian Kastrud as engineer, Mark Peck as attorney, John Chadwick IV as planner, Maryellen Vautin and Lisa Sammartino as clerks, and Frank Rica as Technical Coordinating Committee representative.
In substantive business, the board granted a final extension to the Zheng Yuan Education USA LLC site plan review, extending the approval deadline to March 2027.
